What Ourtable does

Vaccine cards that stay found

Snap a photo of a vaccine card, school form or visit printout and file it in the right person’s profile. It’s there when a form asks for a date.

Each person’s history, kept current

Each family member’s records, medications and lab results make up one history of their own, refreshed as new records come in. A plain-language summary is ready for the next new doctor.

Answers from the right profile

Ask about anyone at the table, like the date of a child’s last tetanus shot, and the answer comes from that person’s records. That answer gets checked a second time against the evidence.

Reminders and sharing

Set reminders in plain words, like “remind me every August to do the school health forms.” Pick who can see each profile and who can help manage it, from your partner to a grandparent.

What makes Ourtable different

Every portal’s papers at one table

Patient portals such as MyChart are run by each health system, so a family can end up with several logins: the pediatrician’s, your own doctor’s, a parent’s. Ourtable gives each person a profile in one place.

Easier than the kitchen drawer

A drawer or folder keeps the paper, but you still have to dig for the right card. In Ourtable, each card is filed under its person, and you can simply ask for the date.

Sharing set one profile at a time

Access is chosen profile by profile. Your partner and the sibling who helps with your mom can each get the access that fits.

Your assistant, on the profile you choose

Without your family’s records, ChatGPT, Claude or Grok has nothing specific to go on. Connect your own assistant to your profile, or to one you manage such as a parent’s, and choose what it can see.

Who uses Ourtable

The team behind Ourtable

Ourtable is one of Triangle’s services, run by Triangle Health, Inc. from Pasadena, California. Arun Verma, its CEO, learned in 2023 that he had a brain tumor and co-founded Triangle with Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop, who had earlier co-founded Bird. The digging Arun once did on his own case is what Triangle now offers everyone, and Ourtable lays it out for every person at the family table.

About Triangle

How Ourtable works

  1. Pull up the first chair

Pick whose profile comes first, yours or that of someone you look after, and start the 7-day free trial.

  2. Verify and sign

For that profile, you verify identity and address, choose who can see it, sign the consents and book a clinician for an intake visit.

  3. Bring the papers in

Records are requested by Triangle through the national networks, and you file vaccine cards, school forms and printouts under the right person.

  4. Set a place for everyone

Go around the table one profile at a time, reviewing health topics and medications, asking questions, sharing, and connecting an AI assistant if you use one. Questions from any chair at the table go to Triangle at support@trianglehealth.com.

Frequently asked questions

What is Ourtable, and which company runs it?

Ourtable gives each person in a household a health profile of their own, all in one place. Triangle runs it, so the account you sign up for is with Triangle.

What does Ourtable cost?

You begin Ourtable on a 7-day free trial, which needs a card. When the trial week ends, the membership is $9 a month, which you can cancel whenever you want.

Is Ourtable a doctor for the family?

No. Triangle gives research and educational support for each profile, and it never diagnoses, treats or prescribes for anyone at the table. Each person’s own clinicians make the medical calls.

Can ChatGPT, Claude or Grok answer questions about a family profile?

Yes. Connect your assistant over MCP at https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, pick which profile it may read and what it may see, and follow Triangle’s guides at trianglehealth.com/agents.

Are our family’s records safe?

Triangle keeps every profile encrypted at rest and in transit, and it is HIPAA compliant. It won’t sell your family’s data or share it for advertising, and each profile is seen only by the people you pick.

Can I manage profiles for my kids and my parents?

Yes. You can run a profile for someone you look after and decide who else can see it or help manage it. With young children, uploads are the easiest start: vaccine cards, school forms and visit printouts.

Does Ourtable tell me which vaccines are due?

No. Ourtable keeps the family’s records together and answers questions about what’s in them. Your pediatrician or doctor decides what’s due.

Will it reach our pediatrician and our clinics?

Triangle sends requests through Carequality and TEFCA, national networks that connect many hospitals and clinics. Some practices sit outside them, so you can upload the rest as PDFs, photos or faxes. Ourtable flags any records that may still be missing and helps you request them.
