Bring a family profile into Claude or ChatGPT
If you already use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, you can connect it to your Ourtable profile or to one you manage, like the kids’ or your mom’s. Within what you allow, it can read that profile’s records, labs, medications and history summary, and with write access it can add notes and set reminders.

Connect your own Claude or ChatGPT to a profile you manage and choose what it can see. Triangle’s consent screen asks which profile to share. If your mom uses Claude or ChatGPT herself, she can still connect her own. Everyone sees and disconnects their own connections under Settings → AI service connections.
The connector address

- In your assistant’s settings, add a new connector with it.
- Sign in to Triangle when you’re asked.
- Choose what it can read or change and which profile to share, then Accept.
In Claude
Settings→Connectors→Add custom connector→paste the address
A Triangle sign-in appears the first time Claude uses a Triangle tool.
In ChatGPT
Plugins→+→Add custom MCP server
Enter a name and the address, choose OAuth, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle. Needs Business, Enterprise or Edu, or Pro for read-only.
In Grok
Skills and Connectors→New Connector→Custom
Enter a name and the address, then sign in to Triangle and accept. Needs a paid Grok plan.

Once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control, so connect only assistants you trust. You can disconnect it any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately. It works only with what’s in Triangle and can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic.
